User Agreement

The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the service, as per the applicable laws

 

The User agrees and understands that all payments shall only be made to bank accounts of Gohoneymoon.in. Gohoneymoon.in or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask a customer to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of Gohoneymoon.in. The User agrees that if that user transfers any amount against any booking or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by Gohoneymoon.in or to any personal account of any person, Gohoneymoon.in shall not be held liable for the same. User shall not hold any right to recover from Gohoneymoon.in any amount which is transferred by the User to any third party.

 

The User will not share his personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of Gohoneymoon.in. The User shall immediately inform Gohoneymoon.in if such details are demanded by any of its agents' employees or representatives. Gohoneymoon.in shall not be liable for any loss that the User incurs for sharing the aforesaid details.

 

Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.

 

Booking(s) made by the User through Gohoneymoon.in are subject to the applicable cancellation policy as set out on the booking page or as communicated to the customers from time to time.

 

Gohoneymoon.in provides various modes of making payments on the Website for transacting, like UPI, Credit/Debit Cards of various banks, Net Banking facility of all major banks, Gohoneymoon.in and third party Wallets, Gift Cards, EMI and more.

 

Customers who purchase trip insurance are responsible to contact Gohoneymoon.in for any travel insurance changes, cancellations, clarification or claims.

 

User is responsible for the review of travel restrictions to determine and obtain all required travel documentation ahead of the originating travel date as may be necessary. Neither Gohoneymoon.in nor its agents are responsible for providing answers to specific questions related to travel documentation requirements.

 

All cancellation and exchange requests must be initiated at least four (4) hours before scheduled departure. If allowed by the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued may be refunded or exchanged for the original purchase price less the applicable airline penalties, plus any fare difference between the original fare paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s). In addition, Gohoneymoon.in will charge a change/refund fees. Gohoneymoon.in has no control over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges.

 

A ticket loses all value if/when the passenger associated with the ticket during any part of the travel does not show up at the check-in counter or cancel the booking at least 2-4 hours before scheduled departure or as required by specific airline rules.

 

Customers desiring to make last minute changes (within four hours of scheduled departures) must contact the airline directly for assistance.

 

International travel often includes multiple airlines, each with an individual set of fare rules. If more than one set of fare rules are associated with the total fare, the most restrictive rules will apply to the entire booking.

 

Please note that airlines periodically change prices and availability that may cause fare change or fare error therefore price selected and booked is not guaranteed until all requirements are met and ticket is issued. Fare may change even after the completion of the booking on the website. We will notify you of any fare changes ASAP and we do not take any responsibility - financial or non financial in case of such fare changes. We will advise you the new fare/alternate options and at that point you may either cancel or still purchase the ticket at the new applicable fare. You have the right to refuse and cancel the booking at no cost to you if there is a fare increase/error.

 

Airlines may change flight schedules or cancel the flight due to technical reasons or to meet their operational needs. Weather conditions may also cause such changes or cancellation. In such cases the airline will make every attempt to re-protect the passengers for an alternate date or flight. Airlines may offer credit or refund if they fail to provide an alternative under their applicable rules.

 

Airlines may change schedules at the last minute or without any prior notice. Passengers are solely responsible to reconfirm their flight status with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers should check their email/phone on file with us before and during their travel as they may receive important travel information including schedule change and more.

 

Please note we do not take any responsibility - financial or non financial in case of such schedule change or flight cancellation.

 

 

There can be exceptional circumstances where Gohoneymoon.in and / or the Service Providers (airlines, hotels etc) may be unable to honour the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labour unrest, insolvency, a pandemic, an epidemic, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Gohoneymoon.in. If Gohoneymoon.in has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonour of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The User agrees that Gohoneymoon.in being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstance. The User has to contact the Service Provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds.

 

The User agrees that in the event of non-confirmation of booking due to any technical reasons (like network downtime, disconnection with third party platforms such as payment gateways, banks etc.) or any other similar failures, Gohoneymoon.in’s obligation shall be limited refunding the booking amount, if any, received from the customer. Such refund shall completely discharge Gohoneymoon.in from all liabilities with respect to that transaction. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.

 

In no event shall Gohoneymoon.inand be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and any other damages like damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or any other Sales Channel.

 

Gohoneymoon.in always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). Gohoneymoon.in's liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User.

 

Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. Gohoneymoon.in will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.

 

Gohoneymoon.in assumes no liability for the standard of services as provided by the respective Service Providers.

Gohoneymoon.in provides no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented.

Gohoneymoon.in doesn't guarantee the availability of any services as listed by a Service Provider (airline, hotel etc).

By making a booking, User understands Gohoneymoon.in merely provides a technology platform for booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not Gohoneymoon.in. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.

 

User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. Gohoneymoon.in therefore cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
