YOUR TRIP:

The voyage vacation allows you to build your trip according to your desires. PAYMENT TERMS:
The customer must pay 30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance on the dates indicated in the registration form. TRAVEL INFORMATION:
• Completion of administrative and health formalities and any costs relating to these formalities are the exclusive responsibility of customers. Visa fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DEPARTURE:
Once the form has been signed, any modification of the trip at the customer’s initiative such as a change of itinerary or an early return will not give rise to any reimbursement or payment of compensation.
Any modification services with a minimum of €50 per file. These costs are not refundable by the cancellation insurance. CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

Total cancellation fee scale, except in special cases
For all services other than air services
• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the travel price per person
• From 59 to 44 days before departure: 30% of the travel price per person
• 43 and 30 days from departure: 50% of the price of the trip per person
• 30 and 15 days from departure: 75% of the price of the trip per person
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the price of the trip per person
Special cases:
• 100% cancellation fee upon registration on cruises or select exceptional luxury hotels , especially for all exclusive The voyage vacation accommodations.
• 100% cancellation fee for all airline tickets issued on or after the date of registration.

AIR TRANSPORT:
Airlines companies :
The voyage vacation will inform you upon registration of the identity of the air carrier(s) for domestic flights, known on that date, likely to operate your flights.

Transport conditions:

MINORS:
Registration requests concerning minors must be signed by the father, mother or legal guardian and marked “father, mother or guardian agreement”. Minors, who are not traveling with their parents or guardians, must be in possession, in addition to the identity documents (CNI or passport, as the case may be) required for the trip, of an authorization to leave mainland currently valid.

PRICES:
However, in accordance with Indian law, we may be required to modify our prices and programs to reflect only:
• Variations in the cost of transport, linked in particular to the cost of fuel.

LAND SERVICES:
Unused services/modifications:
Services voluntarily modified by the customer on site are subject to modification costs. Additional or replacement services generating an additional cost must be paid directly on site according to the amount announced. Services not used on site (transfers, excursions, accommodation, etc.) will not give rise to any refund.
Details on group tours:
Single bedroom
On “accompanied tours”, the customer who has registered alone and has not opted for a single room will be charged the single room supplement at the time of registration. However, if we find someone who can share a room, we will deduct this supplement when paying the balance. Price based on 3 people: double room + an extra bed (this service is however not comfortable for adults, so we recommend a single room). RESPONSIBILITY:
The voyage vacation cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the following events:
* Failure to present or presentation of identity and/or health documents that are expired or of insufficient validity (identity card, passport, visas, vaccination certificate, etc.) or do not comply with prescribed formalities, at the police station customs or registration.
